The Popular Front Welcomes Fatah and Hamas' Readiness for National Dialogue

Gaza - Afaq News - The Popular Front welcomed the decision of the Central Committee of Fatah to move forward with national dialogue, and the confirmation by the head of Hamas' political bureau of readiness for national dialogue, aiming for broad Palestinian consensus on the priorities and requirements of the upcoming phase, according to a national program that prioritizes strengthening the resilience of the Palestinian people, confronting liquidation plans, and unifying Palestinian institutions and organizing them on national and democratic foundations that ensure the participation of all Palestinians, enabling them to face major challenges.

The Front added, "This response represents an important response to its national initiative, which has received broad national and popular acceptance, and aligns with what it included in its call for a comprehensive national dialogue that leads to consensus on a transitional formula and a unified national program, paving the way for ending the division and restoring national unity."

It praised the role of sister Egypt and its commitment to uniting the Palestinian ranks and organizing the internal house, and its readiness to organize and host the broad Palestinian national dialogue.

It called on all Palestinian forces to move forward with serious and responsible national dialogue steps, and to work on providing all the components for the success of the upcoming dialogue sessions, enabling them to reach a national consensus and a unified program capable of facing the major challenges facing the national cause.
