In conjunction with the military successes achieved by the Yemeni armed forces, Prime Minister Sha'ban al-Zandani directed state institutions on Monday to keep pace with the rapidly evolving field developments across various fronts and to ensure that there is no administrative or service vacuum.

Al-Zandani emphasized, in a statement, the need to put in place the necessary arrangements to restore the work of civil, security, and service agencies, protect public and private property, secure citizens' needs, and create suitable conditions for the return of displaced persons and the resumption of economic activity.

The Yemeni Prime Minister also directed the preparation of urgent executive plans related to the field developments, including basic services, and the necessary financial and administrative arrangements to restore the regular payment of state employees' salaries and address overdue entitlements, as well as recovery and reconstruction programs in the liberated areas.

He confirmed that the government will treat the new phase as a comprehensive battle to restore the state, not just a shift in front lines. He said, 'What is being achieved today on the ground carries a double responsibility for the government; every advance made by our forces must be matched by an advance in the presence of the state, and every liberated area must find its institutions, services, and security ready to operate,' adding, 'We will not allow the state to advance militarily while lagging administratively and service-wise.'

This comes in conjunction with the ongoing field developments on several fronts following the announcement of the start of military operations "Fajr Yemen", where the joint Yemeni forces have taken control of Bab al-Mandab, Dhubab, and are advancing towards Al-Mokha, marking an important turning point both militarily and strategically.

Following the advance on the western coast, the Yemeni armed forces launched a "strategic attack" in the capital, Sana'a, where warplanes carried out several airstrikes on sites in the capital, while the Yemeni forces emphasized that they are using modern capabilities in this strategic attack.

Meanwhile, the Coalition to Support Legitimacy confirmed the destruction of 324 high-value targets with the launch of Operation "Fajr Yemen", and the provision of air protection for the Bab al-Mandab Strait, noting that 100 fighter jets participated in the operation early this morning.

For his part, the spokesman for the Yemeni army, Colonel Majid Al-Nazili, stated that the Yemeni armed forces carried out 1,122 targeting operations against the Houthi militia, as part of the "Battle of Liberation and the completion of the restoration of state institutions and the end of the Houthi coup".

Yesterday, the President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad Al-Alimi, announced the start of military operations to reclaim the remaining territories of the republic and establish the authority of the state and its institutions over the entire national territory, after what he described as exhausting opportunities for calm. He reiterated today the launch of the wide-ranging "Fajr Yemen" operation on several fronts against the Houthi militias.
