The Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment, Acting Minister of Commerce and Industry, Abdulaziz Al-Marzouq, issued a decision to continue the disbursement of the suspended shares due to the withdrawal of Kuwaiti nationality from the insured individuals or the deceased pensioners, to the entitled beneficiaries, in accordance with the provisions of the Kuwaiti nationality law and the regulations stated in the decision.

The decision stipulates the continuation of disbursement of the suspended shares to the entitled beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of item 4 of Article 13 of the Kuwaiti nationality law, starting from the date of suspension, provided that the name of the deceased is included in the lists prepared by the nationality committee.
The decision also established specific regulations regarding the marriage grant, stating that the grant stipulated under Article 71 of the law shall not be disbursed to the daughter, sister, or granddaughter entitled to the shares when the disbursement is suspended due to marriage.
