Jordanian air traffic controller Batoul Al-Qatawneh said in an interview with Ofoq News in Arabic: "The air traffic controller is the voice that accompanies the traveler's journey from start to finish, without the majority of travelers realizing the amount of work and effort put in daily behind the scenes to ensure everyone reaches their destinations safely."
