King Salman directs the start of correcting the status of Yemenis in the Kingdom who are residing illegally

Based on the directives of King Salman, in response to the request of the President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, to rectify the status of all Yemenis in the Kingdom who are residing illegally. The Ministry of Interior has announced the commencement of rectification procedures in cooperation with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Human Resources and Social Development, and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), as part of the ongoing support and fraternal positions that the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia provides to the Yemeni people.

The Ministry of Interior confirmed that to benefit from the rectification, a Yemeni passport is required, clarifying that the date for the commencement of rectification procedures and its regulations will be announced through the official accounts of the General Directorate of Passports and relevant authorities.
