The Federal Security Service also confirmed that 'conducting such activities is impossible without coordination and oversight from intelligence agencies; behind the facade of self-organization lies a directed political project... The goals of these efforts are quite clear; London seeks to export the illusion to the outside world that there is an alternative power center maturing among Russian expatriates, ready to take over power in Moscow.

The statement also added that the fleeing migrants participating in these projects are "exploited as a 'showcase' to present another Russia, which upon examination and scrutiny proves to be merely a reflection of the agenda and interests of the British crown.",

The statement emphasized that "the British attempts to form client organizations under the guise of a democratic alternative, and to employ them at the expense of the country's security, are doomed to fail. Those who have tied their fate to London, and who wish for Russia's defeat, are known by name to the counterintelligence agencies. All their movements are exposed, and their fates are predetermined. We will not allow a repetition of the mistakes of the Khrushchev era in granting amnesty to Bandera supporters."
