Tel Aviv - Afaq News - Israeli reactions continued to the riots carried out by settlers in the village of Jaloud in the West Bank, which included the burning of homes and vehicles and stone-throwing.

The head of the 'Yesh Atid' party, Gadi Eisenkot, described the events as a 'campaign of terror and violence', considering them a direct result of government policy that 'ignites the region and endangers the residents and security forces'.

For his part, the head of the Democratic Party, Yair Golan, accused the government of Benjamin Netanyahu, Bezalel Smotrich, and Itamar Ben Gvir of playing with fire, stating that the government bears political responsibility for the escalation of violence.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog also described the riots as a 'moral stain and a violation of the rule of law', emphasizing his rejection of property burning, stone-throwing, and attacks on soldiers and police.
