This is thanks to what is known as "Instrument Flight Rules," according to Abdulaziz Al-Shaheel, a Kuwaiti pilot, in an interview with Ofoq News in Arabic.
In general, this type of flying relies on reading the aircraft's instruments, along with using navigation devices and the Global Positioning System (GPS). The pilot also remains in constant communication with the control tower, which monitors the entire flight's movement.
