Watch - Armed Settler Storms Bedouin Gathering and Demands Citizens Evacuate

Jerusalem - Afaq News - An armed settler stormed the Bedouin community of Bir al-Maskoub east of occupied Jerusalem today, Tuesday.

The Jerusalem Governorate reported that an armed settler provoked the citizens, demanding that they evacuate the community, claiming ownership of the land, while the citizens confronted him and managed to drive him out of the area.

This attack comes in the context of ongoing assaults faced by the community from the occupation forces and settlers, which have targeted water sources in the area, as they have been subjected to attacks and vandalism in the past period.

These assaults are part of the escalating campaign against Bedouin communities east of occupied Jerusalem, in an attempt to displace their residents and seize their lands, preparing the area for the establishment of settlement projects.
