A testimony for history about a brother, friend, and colleague I have known closely. He is the man who anticipates the situation by a step, Baha' Misbah Baalouche.

It is not easy to know what is going on in the mind.

This young man is calm in the most tense moments, speaks little when others talk a lot, and is precise in his choices when others hesitate over details. He does not deal with situations randomly, nor does he allow emotions to drive his decisions. He observes, listens, analyzes, and then decides.

This is his way.

Strength for him is not a display, intelligence is not big words, and calmness is not weakness.

It is a comprehensive system of discipline, focus, and quick thinking.

When a problem arises, he does not waste his time asking: Why did it happen?

Instead, he immediately starts with the more important question

What is the solution?

Then he breaks the problem down into parts, identifies strengths and weaknesses, studies the available options, and chooses the path he sees as most accurate and least risky.

His speed in finding solutions does not mean haste.

Here lies the difference in the mind of brother Baha.

He can make a quick decision, but he does not make a blind decision; for him, speed is the result of good analysis, not a substitute for it.

As for planning, this is the aspect where his difference is clearly evident; brother Baha Balousha

does not look at just the first step; he tries to understand what will happen next, what possibilities may arise, and what alternatives should be ready if circumstances change.

He thinks of more than one path.

A primary plan, an alternative plan, and possibilities that must be prepared for.

I have never seen in my life and during my work a personality like that of brother Baha Balousha, with his calmness under pressure and crises; in difficult moments, the true character emerges.

As the voices of others rise, he becomes quieter.

And while some get distracted, he tries to gather the complete picture.

He is, in himself and among us, a hero

He does not seek heroism in every situation, nor does he need to prove himself with a loud voice.

It is enough for him to know what he is doing.

This ability to self-control gives him space

to think when others lose their ability to focus.

Precision in choice

is one of his most prominent traits, as he does not treat options as equal.

He studies the small details, compares potential outcomes, and then makes a choice.

His decision may seem simple to others, but behind that decision is a long chain of thought.

He knows that a small decision at the right moment can change the outcome of an entire situation.

A mind that works silently.

Perhaps what distinguishes this personality the most is that much of the thinking happens away from the eyes of others.

He does not need to announce every step.

He does not reveal everything he knows.

And he does not talk about everything he plans.

He lets the results speak for themselves.

And that is why he sometimes seems mysterious to those around him, because they see his calmness, but they do not see the extent of the analysis that precedes his decisions.

True strength.

Strength is not always being the strongest.

Courage is not the absence of fear, but the ability to think and act despite its presence.

These combined traits are what create his distinct personality.

Brother Baha Balousha is truly a different character.

A calm young man, quick-witted, precise in his choices, organized in his thinking, unafraid of challenges, and does not allow pressure to rob him of his decision-making ability.

He does not need to raise his voice to be heard.

It is enough for him to speak when there is meaning in his words, to act when action is necessary, and to let his actions say what does not need explaining.

He does not try to be above everyone.

Rather, he tries every day to be better than himself yesterday.
