Senior Iranian Official Threatens Regarding Air Blockade: We Will Bring Them a Catastrophe That Will Make Them Regret

Tehran - Afaq News - Amid the United States imposing an air blockade on Iran, a senior Iranian official criticized the decision, saying: "We will take steps to thwart this blockade and bring them a catastrophe that will make them regret it."

He added: "The air blockade cannot continue, and the burden of the resulting pressure will fall on the people."

He pointed out that "we have experience in circumventing sanctions."

A senior Iranian official stated that the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed, emphasizing that Tehran will not engage in nuclear talks with the United States before its conditions are met.

The official added that Iran will not make any concessions regarding its nuclear program.
