Yasmine Abdel Aziz did not forget what happened... and gave her prizes to those who fought her

- Egyptian artist Yasmine Abdel Aziz won two awards for best actress in the drama and cinema categories at the “The Best” awards ceremony, which was held at the foot of the Pyramids plateau in Egypt, on Monday, in addition to the series “And Forget What Was” winning the award for best series in 2026. Yasmine carried the 3 awards - which are awarded based on audience votes - on stage, and joked with those who tried to carry them instead of her, while she was preparing to deliver A speech on the occasion of the victory, saying: “The first time I have carried 3, honestly...

Yasmine said in her speech, meaning: “I dedicate these awards to everyone who fights me, because they are the reason why I have continued this passion and success until now, and they are the reason I work and have a challenge within me in order to succeed and win awards.” The Egyptian star played the starring role in the series “We Forget What Was,” which was aired during the 2026 Ramadan drama season, and she expressed her anger at the beginning of this year at what she described as “smear campaigns” that she said targeted her as the series’ broadcast date approached.

Yasmine also co-starred in the movie “Take Care of Yourself” with Ahmed El Sakka, and it was shown in Egyptian and Arab cinemas in late July.
