On Friday, the makers of the film “Take Care of Yourself” released the promotional trailer for the film, which brings together for the first time Egyptian artists Yasmine Abdel Aziz and Ahmed El Sakka, nearly 23 years after they participated together in the famous play “Keda Okay.” This film also comes after Yasmine’s absence from the cinema for 8 years, since she presented the film “The Idiot Tam Tam.”
The events of the movie “Take Care of Yourself” revolve in a comedic context around the broadcaster “Alaa,” who “enters into many relationships and leaves the girls he meets for superficial reasons and his fear of commitment,” until he meets by chance “Farida,” who seems to him “the ideal slave, but in reality she is one of the biggest arms dealers,” according to the official summary. The film was written by Sherif El-Laithi, directed by Moataz El-Touni, and also includes: Lebleba, Mohamed Radwan, and Mustafa Abu Saree, along with a group of guests of honor, such as Iyad Nassar, Majed El-Masry, and Karim Fahmy.
The film "Take Care of Yourself" will be shown in Egyptian cinemas, starting July 22.
