A young man was injured by a stone in the eye during a settler attack on Deir Ballut, west of Salfit

Salfit - Ofoq News - The young man, Mahran Abdullah, was injured in the eye, today, Monday, after he was attacked by settlers during their attack on him while he was on his land in the Al-Ain area, south of the town of Deir Ballut, west of Salfit.

Activist Daoud Abdullah reported that a group of settlers attacked the young man, Mahran, while he was on his agricultural land, and sprayed him with pepper gas, before one of the settlers hit him with a stone in the eye from a very close range.

He added that the attack resulted in the young man being injured in the eye, and he was transferred to Al-Najah National Hospital to receive treatment.

This attack comes in the context of the attacks on Palestinian citizens and their farmers on their lands in Salfit Governorate, which include physical assault, pepper spray, and stone throwing, in light of the escalation of attacks on agricultural lands and farmers during the olive harvest season.
