The name "Abu Lil" trended on social media in Egypt today, Sunday, after the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, player of Trabzonspor in Turkey and captain of the Egyptian national team, posted the first picture with his third son "Lil".

Salah appeared in the picture he shared on his official social media account yesterday evening, holding his little child, in a notable family appearance that received wide interaction from his followers and Egyptian football fans.

Lil's appearance came about a month after the football star and his wife Magi Sadiq announced the arrival of their third child, making him their first son after their daughters Mecca and Kayan.

The name "Abu Lil" became associated with Mohamed Salah last September, after the official account of the Egyptian national team celebrated the captain's arrival at the camp, posting a picture of him from training with the caption "Abu Lil has arrived."

The name has resurfaced again after the photo that Salah published on Saturday evening, which was widely interacted with by Egyptian fans, turning "Abu Leil" into one of the trending topics on "X" in Egypt.

This appearance of Salah with his child coincided with his return to the spotlight following his departure from the Egypt national team camp, amidst significant public interest in the news about the Pharaohs' captain and his life off the pitch.
