Aerial Footage Documents the Massive Destruction Left by the War on Gaza

Gaza - Afaq News - Aerial footage circulating has documented the catastrophic and widespread destruction that has affected the infrastructure and residential areas in the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing Israeli war, reflecting the depth of the humanitarian tragedy.

The scenes captured from inside an aircraft flying over the sector showed vast areas of land turned into rubble and debris, with buildings and facilities appearing almost completely destroyed, reflecting the intense bombardment that targeted various parts of the sector.

The footage also documented an aerial drop of equipment and relief materials via parachutes from the aircraft, indicating the efforts being made to deliver aid amid the difficult humanitarian conditions and the destruction that prevents access through traditional land routes.

These brutal aerial images confirm the depth of the humanitarian tragedy and the unprecedented urban devastation experienced by the residents of the sector.

The World Health Organization has warned of the continued shortage of medicines and medical equipment in the Gaza Strip, emphasizing that assessing aid by the number of trucks or tons alone does not reflect the extent to which priority medical needs are reaching the most needy areas and populations.
