Bethlehem - Ofoq News - The Hind Rajab Foundation filed a lawsuit before the International Criminal Court in The Hague against the Israeli Medical Association, doctors and senior officials in the Israeli Ministries of Health and Defense, accusing them of involvement in the torture and ill-treatment of Palestinian detainees since October 7.
The lawsuit confirmed that "medical teams were forced to treat detainees while they were handcuffed and blindfolded, and that restrictions were imposed on their transfer to civilian hospitals."
According to the Hind Rajab Foundation, at least 29 detainees had died at the center by November 2025 as a result of physical violence or medical negligence against prisoners.
The lawsuit alleges that those involved are suspected of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.
