The official spokesman for the coalition forces, "Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen," Major General Turki Al-Maliki, stated on Wednesday that a ballistic missile launched by the Houthi terrorist militia was intercepted and destroyed north of Riyadh.

Al-Maliki confirmed that the coalition is tracking the launch platform with the coalition's intelligence system in the skies over Sana'a and "we will destroy it."

The coalition had previously announced the interception and destruction of a ballistic missile launched by the Houthi terrorist militia towards Khamis Mushait.

Major General Turki Al-Maliki explained that the occupied capital Sana'a and the provinces of Saada and Amran are sources of Houthi missile threats, pointing out that the coalition continues to neutralize the threat of ballistic missiles and ground-to-ground missiles and destroy their sources.
