Education: Extension of Applications for Tuition Fee Payment from Entitlements for Employees in the Southern Governorates

Ramallah - Ofok News - The Ministry of Education and Higher Education announced today the extension of the period for submitting applications to benefit from financial entitlements for the payment of university fees for employees in the southern governorates (employees of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, other ministries and government institutions, and members of security forces and agencies) until the evening of Saturday, 10/10/2026.

The ministry pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the specified deadlines for submission and to ensure the accuracy of the data entered when filling out the application through the following link: https://moe.edu.ps/services/apply/uni-gaza.

The ministry reiterated that it has provided the "Application Tracking" service, which enables employees to view the status of their application and know whether it is under review, has received preliminary approval, has been finally approved, or has been rejected with a statement of the reason for rejection.

It indicated that it is possible to access the tracking screen by entering the following data as stated in the application:

1. Employee ID number.

2. Student ID number.

3. University number.

It clarified that the tracking screen allows for updating the student's ID image or payment notification when needed (document updates are optional), and that one document can be replaced without changing the other. It added that if the message "There are no updates on your application yet" appears, this means that the application is still awaiting review, and it is necessary to return to the tracking screen later to check for updates.
