Iran is the dove of peace!

When the official spokesman for the Coalition to Support Yemeni Legitimacy said that the terrorist Houthi militia was able to obtain advanced technologies with the help of regional parties, there is no need to name Iran as the largest primary supporter of this militia and its spiritual father, but instead of remaining silent - at least - during the recent Houthi escalation, it acts with great cynicism and utmost arrogance when the spokesman for its Foreign Ministry states, saying: “Iran rejects any claim that it played a role in the Yemeni operations, and confirms that the solution to the Yemeni issue is “It requires respect for the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of this country, and the cessation of any interference in its internal affairs, and that it is ready to help resolve the issues between Saudi Arabia and the Houthis peacefully.” He then indicates that Iran has offered its mediation between the two parties and is awaiting a response from the Kingdom.

Thus, with this extreme crudeness, Iran wants to distort reality by marketing a false narrative that no one in this world can believe, as an attempt to save its Houthi card, which began to burn with great acceleration after the start of Operation Yemen Dawn. Imagine, Iran denies any claim of playing a role in the Yemeni crisis, and it is the one that adopted, equipped, trained, and financed the Houthi militia since its inception at its hands until now. With this simplicity, Iran wants to deny its involvement in Yemen reaching what it has reached, and that large numbers of its Revolutionary Guards are managing the Houthi battle against the Yemeni people and their legitimacy, supervising the export of terrorist attacks on the Kingdom, and threatening the security of international navigation in Bab al-Mandab. Yes, it is Iran that is now talking about “the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of Yemen, and stopping any interference in its internal affairs.” It says this, and it is the one that violated its sovereignty by imposing its guardianship over it through its Houthi arm, and it is the one that blatantly interfered in its internal affairs. Iran talks about the privacy of the internal affairs of countries, and it recently boasted that it now controls four Arab capitals, so how can you expect anyone to believe what it says now?

Iran is maliciously trying, through its attempt now to market the mediation card between the Kingdom and the Houthis, to portray the Kingdom as the main party to the conflict with them by jumping on the fact that the problem is Yemeni-Yemeni, between a coup militia and a legitimate government that sought help from the Kingdom, which formed a military alliance to support it that gained international legal cover, and is paying the price for its humanitarian stance with the Yemeni people and their government in the face of attacks on the security and safety of its citizens and its vital facilities.

If Iran really wants to resolve the Yemeni issue peacefully, as it claims, then why did it not address the legitimate government as the second party in the Yemeni crisis and not the Kingdom? It did not do so because it does not recognize it, and it wants to produce and market an unreal concept that the crisis is Houthi-Saudi, and of course no one will be fooled by this fallacy.

Quite simply, if Iran wants to solve the Yemeni crisis, as it claims, it must remove its hand from Yemen and not interfere in its affairs. She must stop supporting the Houthi militia against an internationally recognized legitimate government, otherwise no one will believe her.
