Iran warns: We have new targets and weapons ready if America launches an attack

Tehran - Ofoq News - Fars Agency quoted the spokesman for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Hussein Mohebi, on Monday, saying, “Iran will use new weapons and target sites that have not been previously attacked, if the United States launches a new attack on it.”

Mohebi said that any "new aggression" would push Tehran to "change the armament and geography of the war," adding that his country was prepared for a long-term conflict.

In parallel, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced that it shot down an American MQ-1 drone over the Strait of Hormuz.

Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Rezaei, said, “Tehran conveyed, through Qatari mediators, its conditions for resuming talks with Washington.”

These conditions include, "ending the war on all fronts, releasing frozen Iranian assets, and lifting the US naval blockade imposed on Iranian ports."

He also warned that "Iran has become more prepared to confront any new attack."

Rezaei said that his country will confront the United States “with greater force” and with “more numerous and painful” strikes, pointing to the development of missile, defense and electronic warfare capabilities, and threatening to target American bases and interests in the region in the event of renewed fighting.
