Today, Wednesday, Israeli army forces targeted the eastern vicinity of Tal al-Ahmar in the southern Quneitra countryside, with several artillery shells.

The occupation forces fired two shells that fell on agricultural lands in the vicinity of eastern Tal Al-Ahmar, without causing any casualties, according to a correspondent for the Syrian News Agency (SANA).

According to the agency, the Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through their repeated incursions into southern Syria, raiding civilian homes and arresting them, leveling lands, and carrying out missile and other attacks.

Syria demands the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation from its lands, and affirms that all measures it takes are null and void in accordance with international law.

Damascus also calls on the international community to assume its responsibilities and put an end to these violations, and to oblige the Israeli occupation to comply with international law and relevant United Nations resolutions, thus contributing to sparing the region further tension and creating the necessary conditions to achieve sustainable security and stability.
