The Saudi-Emirati relationship, in its glory and its decline, in its stability and instability, in its difficult exams and in its success in these exams, is an essential and essential matter not only for the people of the Gulf but for the people of the entire region. We do not exaggerate in saying that the faltering relationship between Saudi Arabia and the Emirates quickly reflects on all global relations, not only on the region. Now, all the Arabs aspire to, whether in the Gulf region, neighboring countries, or in more distant Morocco, and everywhere, is a return to that transparent spirit that built the Cooperation Council and established the great relationship between the people of the Gulf and between the Kingdom and the Arabian Peninsula.
