Settlers attack farmers and destroy an agricultural room in Kafr al-Dik

Salfit - Ofoq News - Today, a group of settlers attacked a number of farmers while they were on their lands in the town of Kafr al-Dik, west of Salfit, and prevented them from picking olive fruits, and forced them to leave their lands under threat, while they vandalized an agricultural room in the area.

Citizens reported that settlers attacked farmers while they were trying to reach their lands and pick olives, in the Harika area, west of the town, and assaulted them, before forcing them to leave the area, which prevented them from continuing to pick olives.

In another attack, settlers vandalized an agricultural room owned by citizen Ali Abdullah Ali Ahmed, and caused damage to agricultural property and facilities in the area.

During the olive season, farmers face difficult conditions that in many cases prevent them from reaching their lands and harvesting their crops, in different areas of the governorate.
