Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said, on Tuesday, during the activities of starting the implementation of the first concrete pour for the fourth nuclear unit in the Dabaa nuclear project, with the participation of his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, via video conference technology, that this is “a historic moment that will remain immortal in the history and memory of this nation.” Al-Sisi added, according to what was reported by the Egyptian presidential spokesman on the official presidential page on Facebook in a statement: “I would like, first of all, to express my sincere appreciation and happiness with the participation of my dear friend, the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, in the activities of starting the implementation of the first concrete pour for the fourth nuclear unit in the Dabaa nuclear project, which authorizes the Egyptian state to begin the major construction phase for all nuclear units in the project,” according to the statement.

The Egyptian President said: “It is my pleasure, pride and pride to share with you this historic moment, which will remain immortal in the history and memory of this nation, and a witness to the will of this great people who, with their determination, determination and effort, made history throughout the ages, and here today they are writing a new history by achieving a long-held dream of all Egyptians of owning peaceful nuclear plants,” stressing “its determination to move forward on the path of development and construction, and to formulate a bright future for Egypt.” Al-Sisi added, “This great event that we are witnessing today represents another bright page in the path of close cooperation between Egypt and the Russian Federation, and is considered a new edifice added to the procession of achievements achieved by joint Egyptian-Russian cooperation throughout history.
