On Wednesday, the artists Yasmine Sabry, Amr Saad, and director Mohamed Sami shared, through their official social media accounts, a photo of them with producer Tamer Morsi, through which they announced the start of work on the “Tamkeen” series project, scheduled to be shown in the Ramadan 2027 drama season. Egyptian media reports indicated that this project is an extension of the “The Choice” series with its 3 parts.
Amr Saad returns to cooperate in this series with director Mohamed Sami, two years after the series “Sayyed El Nas,” which was shown in the 2025 Ramadan drama season. As for Yasmine, she returns to cooperate with Sami nearly 11 years after the series “The Legend” was shown in 2016.
Mohamed Sami is scheduled to be a guest of honor in the series “Ashmawi”, starring Mohamed Ramadan and directed by Peter Mimi, in the upcoming 2027 Ramadan drama season.
