The Yemeni Armed Forces announced, on Saturday, that they are waging violent battles against the Houthi militias on several fronts in Al-Jawf Governorate.

The armed forces stated that artillery and drones targeted the militia barracks and concentrations and succeeded in destroying and disabling the militia’s combat vehicles.

During the past hours, warplanes also carried out air strikes targeting Houthi militia stores, centers and concentrations in the governorate.

In Ma'rib, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced the continuation of their combat operations against the Houthi militia on the fronts north and south of Ma'rib Governorate, confirming that they had suffered losses in lives and equipment.

The armed forces explained that the operations included targeting Houthi concentrations, fortifications, and military sites, while warplanes and drones carried out concentrated air strikes that resulted in the destruction of fortifications, weapons stores, and leadership centers belonging to the militias, as part of air support operations for the ground forces.

Special scenes from Al-Arabiya and Al-Hadath showed footage of military operations carried out by the Yemeni armed forces against the Houthi militias in Marib and Al-Jawf.

The warplanes also launched raids on Houthi militia concentrations, equipment and vehicles, west of the Al Shaqab Front, the southern Taiz gate.

On the northern front of the city of Taiz, the confrontations are concentrated in the areas of the old airport and Madrat, where the armed forces responded to Houthi attacks.

The armed forces thwarted similar Houthi attacks on the Al-Misrakh and Al-Aqroud fronts, in conjunction with air strikes targeting military vehicles and sites belonging to the militias in various areas of the governorate.

In Lahj Governorate, southwest of Yemen, the forces of the Southern Giants directed precise strikes at the Houthi militia gatherings on the Mudaraba Front. For his part, the Governor of Aden, Abdul Rahman Sheikh Al-Yafei, confirmed in statements to Al-Arabiya:

The targeting of the city's airport represents a deliberate Houthi aggression and a violation against civilians and airlines, stressing the move towards ending the coup and the hijacking of the state by the Houthi militias.

The Governor of Aden also pointed to the deteriorating humanitarian conditions in the governorate, especially with the fuel shortage in a number of hospitals, stressing work to accommodate displaced people from conflict areas with the support of Saudi Arabia.
