"Camp Nou" to Host the UEFA Champions League Final in This Edition

- The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) announced on Tuesday that "Spotify Camp Nou" will host the UEFA Champions League final in the 2029 edition. This will be the first time in nearly 30 years that the home of Spanish club Barcelona hosts the Champions League final after three years. Renovation work at "Spotify Camp Nou" began in 2023, and the "Catalan team" returned to play there in November 2025 with a limited capacity. The capacity of "Spotify Camp Nou" will exceed 100,000 spectators upon completion of the renovation work. UEFA also revealed that "Allianz Arena," the home of German club Bayern Munich, will host the European competition final in the 2028 edition. Real Madrid is considered the most successful club in the history of the UEFA Champions League, having won the title 15 times.
