Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi Sends a Message to Turkey and Pakistan Regarding Saudi Arabia.. What Did He Say?

- The leader of the Yemeni group "Ansar Allah" (Houthis), Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, warned Turkey and Pakistan against providing support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia amid the military escalation in Yemen. Abdul-Malik al-Houthi stated in a televised speech on Monday: "The Saudi enemy wants to bring in the Turkish and Pakistani and seeks their help day and night to participate with him in the sin and aggression against our dear people."

Al-Houthi continued: "We advise the Turkish and Pakistani not to get involved in the political and material gains from the Saudi enemy." He also claimed that the Kingdom is seeking to "bring in the takfiris from Syria at a time when Syria is facing complete violation," according to his statement.

Al-Houthi added: "We are people of fairness and we do not come with impossible conditions, and we say stop the aggression and end the siege." He called on the group's supporters, who control the capital Sana'a, to continue "mobilization...

and confront the aggression and build military and security capabilities." In recent weeks, there have been confrontations between the Houthis and forces loyal to the internationally recognized Yemeni government, during which the group's fighters seized control of the strategic city of Mocha overlooking the Red Sea and the nearby island of "Perim" close to the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.

The Houthis, backed by Iran, have launched attacks with missiles and drones on oil and economic facilities in Saudi Arabia, while Abdul-Malik al-Houthi counted 760 airstrikes that he said the Kingdom has carried out in Yemen since the escalation in the country began.
