Barghouti: The world will witness unprecedented massive demonstrations in solidarity with Palestine this week

Ramallah - Afaq News - Dr. Mustafa Barghouti, the Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative, stated that the Global Coalition to Support Palestine, which includes dozens of committees and solidarity movements worldwide, will organize dozens of large demonstrations in most countries around the world this week.

Barghouti confirmed that the coalition will organize more than forty marches and demonstrations in the United States, and dozens of demonstrations in Europe, Asia, and African countries.

He added that this campaign is directed against the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip, against the dangerous settler terrorism, and the assaults by the occupation army on the residents of the West Bank and Jerusalem, and that this week will be a model week for solidarity with the Palestinian people and support for their just cause.

Barghouti affirmed that the dangerous policy pursued by the Israeli government and the war crimes committed by fascists like Smotrich and Ben Gvir have caused an unprecedented isolation for Israel.
