Canadian artist Celine Dion returned to concerts in the French capital, Paris, where she performed on Wednesday evening, October 7, 2026, a concert as part of her artistic residency at the “Plenitude Arena” in the city of Nanterre, west of the French capital. The singer caught attention with a black look decorated with gold details, before video clips circulated on social media documenting her stumbling and falling on stage while singing.
Dion chose a black jumpsuit with gold embroidery on the chest and sleeves, and wide-legged pants, from the Italian house “Scaparelli”. She coordinated the look with high-heeled shoes and an updo in a slicked-back bun.
During the performance of her French song "Dan en Outre Monde", the hem of her jumpsuit pants got stuck in the heel of the shoe, which caused her to lose her balance and led to her falling on her side. But the 58-year-old singer quickly got up and gave the audience a thumbs-up to indicate she was fine, before continuing to sing.
Dion then reassured the audience by saying, “Don’t worry,” during a short break with music, in a scene documented by video clips that spread across social networking sites. Later in the concert, the singer appeared in a second look in black, as she wore a dress during her performance of her song “Por Ko Tu Mim Encor,” maintaining the same color in two different looks during the evening.
