Argentine Georgina Rodriguez, wife of Portuguese football player Cristiano Ronaldo, chose a look inspired by the “Bride of Death” character to celebrate Halloween 2026, in an appearance that combined traditional wedding costumes with elements inspired by horror films. Rodriguez inspired her look from the character “Emily” in the animated film “Corpse Bride” by American director Tim Burton, which was released in 2005 and revolves around a young bride who returns from the dead after being killed on her wedding night.

Rodriguez posted pictures of the look on her official Instagram account, in which she appeared wearing a white lace wedding dress, dotted with red spots simulating traces of blood, with a transparent veil that gave it a dramatic character. She also completed her look with a bouquet of black roses, and makeup inspired by the features of scary characters, embodying the character of the bride returning from the world of the dead.
