Fatah in Gaza chooses its legislative candidates

Gaza - Ofoq News - The Palestinian National Liberation Movement Fatah - Southern Provinces completed this evening, Thursday, October 8, 2026, its electoral complexes in the eight regions of the Gaza Strip, where members of the movement participated in choosing their candidates for the movement’s list in the legislative elections scheduled to be held on November 28, 2026.

According to a Fatah statement, the process of selecting candidates took place through electoral rallies, which is one of the stages of the final selection of candidates and is expected to be completed before the deadline for submitting the list on October 13, 2026.

The movement, through work crews, is working to complete the remaining stages according to an agreed upon timetable, leading to the announcement of the unified list of the movement at the national level centrally within standards and mechanisms in which the Fatah bases participated.
