Nasar Nasar discusses security, industry, and services issues with the commander of the Hebron area and the mayor

Hebron - Afaq News - The President of the Palestinian Federation of Industries, Nasar Nasar, discussed several issues related to the security, economic, and service reality in the governorate during two separate meetings with the Commander of the Hebron Area, Major General Jamal Masarwa, and the Mayor of Hebron, Engineer Youssef Al-Jabri, as well as ways to enhance cooperation with the industrial sector.

In his meeting with the Commander of the Hebron Area, attended by several heads of industrial federations and a number of officers from the area command, Nasar listened to a briefing on the security situation in the governorate, the efforts made by the security institution to maintain security and order, and the follow-up on several issues and phenomena affecting public life.

Major General Masarwa praised the cooperation between various security agencies in the governorate and the ongoing coordination with the Governor of Hebron, Khaled Dudin, as part of the efforts aimed at enhancing stability and addressing security issues.

For his part, Nasar praised the efforts of the security agencies in the governorate in maintaining security and order and combating crime and negative phenomena, emphasizing the importance of continued cooperation between various parties, which contributes to protecting citizens and their property and maintaining community stability.

He stressed the importance of applying the law to everyone and preventing the exploitation of any disputes or circumstances to incite tension and strife, pointing out that security stability is an important factor in supporting economic and industrial activity and encouraging investment.

During the meeting, several issues concerning the private sector and the industrial sector were discussed, where Nassar emphasized the importance of providing a stable and secure environment for industrial establishments and their workers, expressing his pride in the development of the national industry and the role played by the Hebron Governorate in this sector.

In a separate meeting, Nassar, accompanied by the accompanying delegation, met with the Mayor of Hebron, Engineer Youssef Al-Jabari, in the presence of Vice President Dr. Khaled Al-Qawasmi and several members of the municipal council, where both sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the General Union of Industries and specialized industrial unions and the Municipality of Hebron, and the joint work to address several issues and obstacles facing the industrial sector.

Nassar praised the efforts of the mayor and members of the municipal council and the municipality's teams during the past period, and what the municipality is doing in terms of works and projects to improve services and the overall scene in the city of Hebron, confirming the General Union of Industries' readiness to cooperate with the municipality on issues of mutual interest.

He pointed to the importance of joint work to support Hebron's economic and industrial status, discussing several files that concern the private sector, including issues related to services, electricity costs, and other files linked to the business environment.

For his part, the Mayor of Hebron welcomed the visit, presenting an overview of the main works and projects being implemented by the municipality, as well as the challenges and obstacles faced by its teams in performing their tasks.

Al-Jabari emphasized the importance of partnership with the private sector, calling on private sector institutions and industrial unions to contribute to supporting the projects that the municipality is working on, which serve the city and contribute to improving services and enhancing the economic and urban environment.
