Occupation Begins Searching and Photographing Citizens' Homes in the Red Head Area

Tubas - Afaq News - Israeli occupation forces began a campaign of searching and photographing the homes of citizens in the Al-Ras Al-Ahmar area southeast of Tubas today, Saturday.

The head of the village council of Atoof and Al-Ras Al-Ahmar, Abdullah Basharat, reported that the occupation forces initiated a raid on the homes of citizens and searched them in the area, in addition to photographing the homes and checking the identities of the citizens.

For more than two weeks, the occupation forces have continued to besiege and isolate the Al-Ras Al-Ahmar area by digging a trench and closing the entrances leading to it, which disrupts the movement of citizens and their access to their lands and properties, amid ongoing assaults against the residents of the area.

Since the beginning of the year, the area has also witnessed extensive land leveling operations carried out by the occupation forces with the aim of creating a military road that passes through its lands, which included the demolition of artesian wells and the destruction of irrigation networks and water transport pipes.
