- The color green has made a notable appearance in the wardrobe of the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, in recent months, as it has appeared in three different looks ranging from classic dresses to separate pieces. Middleton caught attention in a emerald green dress from the British brand "Suzannah London" during her visit to the "Royal Marsden" Foundation, which is part of the National Health Service in London, the British capital.
The dress featured a silhouette that defined the waist and a midi skirt, with details inspired by designs from the 1940s. Middleton completed her look with an open-back black shoe, along with delicate earrings and a necklace.
She had previously worn it during a visit to the "Anna Freud" Centre in May 2023. A few days before that, Middleton adopted the same color in a different style while accompanying her husband, Prince William, and their son, Prince George, on his first day at Eton College in Berkshire, England.
For this occasion, she chose a dress designed specifically for her by British designer Emilia Wickstead, which came in a shade of dark green, with a defined waist midi silhouette, long sleeves, a square neckline, and a flowing skirt that added a classic touch to the design. She then completed the look with brown suede shoes, along with diamond earrings from the French brand "Cartier" and a necklace by American designer "Laura Lombardi", both of which she had worn at other official events.
In early August, the Princess of Wales opted for a more practical way to coordinate the color green while attending the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, accompanied by Prince William and their three children. Middleton relied on a double-breasted dark green cashmere jacket from the American brand "Ralph Lauren", which she paired with a striped cream and navy knitted blouse from the American label "La Ligne", and a wide white ankle-length skirt.
The look was completed with a square bag and classic pointed open-back shoes in a light beige color.
