Hamdallah's goal came in the 65th minute of the match via a header from inside the penalty area.

The 35-year-old Moroccan striker reached goal No. 3 in the Roshen League this season 2026/27. Following the match, Abdul Razzaq Hamdallah expressed his support for the Kingdom, whose facilities, infrastructure and airports are being targeted by the Yemeni Houthi movement.

Hamdallah said to the Saudi “Eight” channel: “I direct these words to the Saudi people, leadership and people, bringing together the nationalities of the world with you, and we do not consider ourselves strangers, but rather sons of this country. We are a sacrifice for it, our children and our money.” He added: "Saudi Arabia will remain dear, as our master Ibrahim said: Our Lord, make this country safe, and this country will remain safe."

Regarding the match, the Moroccan striker said: “We know that the Al-Taawoun fans are a reproach against us, and this is normal, because the results were not good. The fans know that this is a new team, so we must get along with each other, and God willing, this year the Al-Taawoun fans will be very happy.” He continued: "After changing the technical staff, the coach's imprint began to be clear. In the last match we won, and today we tied in a difficult match, and God willing, in the upcoming matches we will achieve satisfactory results."
