The service aims to enhance transparency and protect the rights of consumers in the e-commerce sector, and facilitate immediate verification of the regularity of commercial activities, in addition to supporting the competitiveness of the business environment.

The service can be used by accessing the communications and technology sector services in the “Tawakkalna” application, then choosing the service, and making an inquiry using one of the following options: the authentication certificate number, the establishment’s unified national number, the self-employment document number, the name of the store, or the link to the online store.

It is noteworthy that the Saudi Competitiveness and Business Center aims to facilitate the procedures for starting and conducting businesses in the Kingdom, and to provide relevant services to the business sector in accordance with international best practices, in addition to enhancing the Kingdom’s competitiveness and improving its ranking in relevant indicators and reports.
