- After last year's butterfly outfit, American actress Sarah Jessica Parker returned to the "New York City Ballet's Fall Fashion Gala" with a look that featured clear romantic details and evoked the atmosphere of the ballet world, at an event that annually combines dance and fashion. Parker chose a long dress by Irish designer Simone Rocha, which was characterized by a partially transparent cut, long sleeves, and floral embroidery, while pink ribbons were added along the length of the design.

Her choice of Rocha's design was not random, as the Irish designer collaborated with Justin Peck, one of the resident dance designers at the New York City Ballet, to create costumes for his new work that was presented as part of this year's gala program. The ballet-themed references in her look did not stop at the dress, as the star of "Sex and the City" paired it with shiny silver shoes inspired by ballet dancers' footwear, along with silver jewelry and a non-classical white handbag.

Her hair was one of the most prominent details of the look, as she abandoned her usual waves and appeared with an extremely long braid in the style of the famous character "Rapunzel," which reached almost knee level thanks to hair extensions. The braid was adorned with a pink ribbon similar to the ribbons that decorated the dress.

Parker appeared alongside her husband, American actor Matthew Broderick, who also chose a classic black suit, together creating a striking presence on the red carpet.
