"The Queen of Halloween" raises terror again... Heidi Klum disguises herself as an amputated hand

German model Heidi Klum, nicknamed the “Queen of Halloween,” revealed her costume for the year 2026, in a terrifying and unusual look that this time was inspired by a part of her body that she sees every day. After years of dazzling her fans with strange and innovative costumes, Klum chose this year to transform into a giant version of her left hand, but in the form of an amputated hand, with bloody tissue and torn ligaments hanging from it, in a scene that mimics horror films.

Klum did not neglect the fine details that always distinguished her looks, as her moving “fingers” were decorated with rings and long nails painted bright red, in a striking combination of elegance and horror. Klum shared with her followers on Instagram a video clip of her new look, which she accompanied with a funny comment in which she said: “Talk to the hand,” in a sarcastic reference to the costume she chose to celebrate Halloween this year.

This was not the first time that Klum had drawn attention with an out-of-the-ordinary look, as over the years she had consolidated her position as one of the most prominent Halloween stars, thanks to her costumes that went beyond the limits of traditional disguise into complex artistic designs that required long hours of preparation. She has previously assumed various characters and bodies, including the famous alien from the American science fiction film “E.T.

The Extra-Terrestrial”, a robot, a peacock, a werewolf, and Princess Fiona from the movie “Shrek”. But one of her most surprising appearances came in 2022, when she appeared disguised as a giant earthworm, in a costume that gained widespread attention due to its unusual design.

For more than two decades, Klum has raised expectations at every celebration, not only through her costumes, but also through her showy ways of arriving at her annual party, as she appeared on previous occasions on patient transport beds, inside spacecraft and trucks designated for transporting biologically hazardous materials, or amid thick clouds of smoke. Klum's relationship with Halloween goes back to 1993, when she moved from Germany to the United States for the first time, and, in her words, "immediately fell in love with Halloween and its terrifying atmosphere."

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in 2018, Klum spoke about the beginnings of her passion for this occasion, saying: “All that was missing was a wonderful party. I felt that this represented a real opportunity for me.”

Since then, her annual Halloween celebration has turned into an event that attracts major stars and celebrities, while her most anticipated appearance every year has become one of the most prominent elements of the party.
