Trump again: The war with Iran will end soon

Washington - Ofoq News - US President Donald Trump renewed his statements that the war with Iran “will end very soon,” and that oil prices will fall.

This came during an election rally in Montana, with the approaching midterm elections for the US Congress scheduled for next November 3, according to The Hill newspaper.

Trump claimed that Iran no longer has naval or air forces, and that the bulk of its army has been destroyed.

“I had to at least keep their leaders, because I don’t know who we are negotiating with,” he said.

At the conclusion of the rally, Trump repeated his saying that the war with Iran will end very soon, and that it "will never possess a nuclear weapon," adding that oil prices "will collapse."

On February 28, the United States and Israel began a war against Iran, and Tehran responded with attacks on Israel and American facilities in Arab countries, some of which are prominent oil and gas producers.
