Anatolia News Agency quoted the head of the Turkish Presidency’s Communications Department as saying: “I strongly condemn the attacks that targeted civilians and airports in Saudi Arabia, resulting in deaths and injuries.”
Duran stressed the need for "the international community to take a unified and firm stance regarding these attacks aimed at dragging the region into more conflicts and chaos, which is crucial to maintaining regional peace." Duran added: “I ask God for mercy for the victims of the attacks, and I wish a speedy recovery for the wounded, and I offer my sincere condolences to the brotherly Saudi people.”
The Iranian-backed Houthi group in Yemen launched an attack on Saturday on King Khalid Airport in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, killing at least 12 people and wounding hundreds. The bloody Houthi attack was met with strong condemnations from many Arab countries and international organizations, as it resulted in at least 12 deaths and hundreds of injuries.
